Ceci of Aquamarine, or simply Ceci, is a student of the Centralian Runic Academy in the same year as Illyia and Lilly. For whatever reason, she relentlessly bullies Illyia at school, and is never seen without her best friend, the shy and timid Farrin of Amethyst. Farrin disappears after crashing into the Sunken Kingdom of Ithos, and Ceci goes searching for them.

Appearance

Ceci is a young human Runist with pale skin, bright blue hair neatly styled into twin pigtails, and piercing dark blue eyes. She wears an elaborate grey-blue Runist robe resembling a long dress, and heeled shoes. She is short and petite, although not as short as Illyia and Lilly.

Personality

Smug and more than a little saccharine, Ceci is snarky and cruel towards Illyia, going out of her way to mock and tease her for unknown reasons. She thinks quite highly of herself and her skill in Runic, particularly in Alchemy.

Otherwise, she has a very serious and shrewd personality, and takes her studies extremely seriously. She seems to care deeply for her best friend, Farrin of Amethyst, showing them kindness and generosity.
