Mender's Medallion Shards are items that can be found across the Sunken Kingdom of Ithos. By collecting 3 of them, you can obtain a full Mender's Medallion, which can be given to the Blue Disciple in exchange for higher Attunement Capacity.
Locations
There are currently 3 Mender's Medallion Shards, obtained from the following places:
Mender's Shard 1/3
1. In the Freezing Spire, directly before the elevator that sends you into Central Shrine, put the two halves of the Glyphstone together using the Energy Strike. This will open the door. BEFORE going through the door, use a Triple Jump to get on top of the Glyphstone.
Jump up from there, and you will grab on a hidden ledge.
Pull yourself up, and you'll find a hidden area, where the first Mender's Shard resides.
Mender's Shard 2/3
2. In Central Shrine, go left to the Ithosian Samurai waiting to duel you (dueling is optional).
After this, do not take the elevator down. Instead, perform a Roll-Jump (roll, then jump in the middle of the roll) off of the top, going left. You should land on top of a broken staircase that you wouldn't be able to access otherwise.
Go left from there, and you'll find the shard in front of you.
Mender's Shard 3/3
3. Before you can get to this shard, you must have the Queen's Key on your person. You can buy it from Wanderer Lithse foru 500 Ori.
Once you have this key, go to Raindrop Sanctuary, and in the first room, ascend the steps until you get to the Lumia's Shade pollenating a singular platform. Instead of going further up, go to the left.
Fight the Shambler guarding the door, then open the door with the Queen's Key that I told you to get.
Take the elevator halfway up, then hop onto the small enclave you find on the left-hand side. Alternatively, take the elevator up, then drop down, hugging the left wall, until you hit the enclave.
Go through this enclave, and get ready for a fight. There's a Flowered Shambler, a Greatsword Soldier, an Ithosian Spearman, and an Ithosian Duelist waiting for you. Granted, you don't have to fight all of them, and you can just Energy Strike the door on the other end of the room, but they'll be even more annoying when you're trying to exit.
Ascend the steps, and you'll find a chest on your right. This is full of Ori, and not what we're looking for. Instead, go to the left, and you'll find a bench, alongside the shard.
