The Moonbug Rune is a Vermin-type Spell rune found by striking/killing bugs with the Energy Strike throughout Hero's Grave.

Effect

When used, Illyia tosses out a bright blue bug, which bounces on the ground. After 6 bounces, or after hitting an enemy for 6 damage, it will unfold on the apex of its 7th bounce and walk on the floor, then disappear over the course of 3 seconds.

Triva

• If the bug hits a wall at the apex of its bounce, it will bound off of it at a high speed.
• The bug will not bounce on semisolid platforms. Instead, it will fall straight through them.
• Depending on when the bug hits the wall, it can bounce in different directions, ranging from a long-jump in the opposite direction to launching themselves straight down.
