The Moonguard Rune is a Night-type Spell rune found by striking/killing the Cavern Bat with the Energy Strike.
Effect
When used, Illyia charges the rune, then sets up an arch of stars above herself. These stars will loosely home in on nearby enemies, dealing a small amount of damage. When charged, these projectiles will not fly away, and instead stay put; however, they deal more damage.
